Terms of use
These terms of use govern the use of Raso Flag and the other Raso Flag services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
Purpose and acceptance
These terms apply to all Raso Flag services (Raso Playbook, Raso Arbitre and its rulebook, Raso Tournoi, Raso Flag portal), published by Raso Store (see the legal notice). Creating an account requires ticking the acceptance box; using the service without an account implies acceptance.
Free service, provided “as is”
The services are free, with no subscription and no advertising. They are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, continuity or absence of errors: they may be interrupted for maintenance, changed or discontinued. If a service is permanently discontinued, Raso Store will inform users within a reasonable time, where possible, so they can retrieve their data.
Accounts and security
You provide accurate information and keep your password, recovery code, referee codes, invitation codes and edit links confidential: any action taken with them is deemed taken by you. Notify Raso Store immediately of any unauthorised use. A minor under 15 may only create an account with the consent of a holder of parental authority.
Acceptable use
You must not use the services for unlawful purposes, publish abusive, discriminatory or violent content or content infringing the rights of others, enter sensitive data (health, etc.), attempt to bypass security or limits, or deliberately overload the server.
User content
You remain the owner of your content (plays, tournaments, game sheets…). You authorise Raso Store to host, reproduce and display it only as far as necessary to run the service. When you enter data about other people (players, referees, volunteers), you do so under your responsibility, limited to what is necessary and after informing them.
Community library
By sharing a play in the Playbook’s community library, you grant all users a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for the duration of the rights, to view, copy, adapt and use that play, including in games and training. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to it. You can withdraw it at any time: it is then no longer offered, but copies already made remain usable. Any user can report content; Raso Store may hide or remove reported content or content contrary to these terms, without notice.
Refereeing, rules and results
The tools help referees and organisers but do not replace them: refereeing decisions remain the referee’s, and results, standings and schedules are the organisers’ responsibility. The rules shown are an unofficial summary of the IFAF rules (adopted by the FFFA): the official rulebook prevails.
Voluntary donations
Donations are voluntary and entirely optional: every feature stays free for everyone. They are made through SumUp, under SumUp’s terms, with nothing in return. They do not entitle you to a tax receipt and are not tax-deductible. They are not refundable, except in case of obvious error (for example an amount entered by mistake) reported to raso.store.flag@gmail.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Raso Store is not liable for indirect damage, data loss due to an external cause, or the consequences of the service being unavailable; remember to export your important data. Nothing in these terms limits Raso Store’s liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or the statutory rights of consumers.

Suspension and termination
You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time. Raso Store may suspend or delete an account or content in case of serious breach of these terms, after a warning except in emergencies.
Changes to the terms
Raso Store may change these terms to reflect changes in the services or the law. The new version is published on this page with its date; any significant change is announced in the app. Continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, first write to raso.store.flag@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls under the competent courts according to the ordinary rules; if you are a consumer, you may choose to bring the case before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (Article R. 631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
